The staff over there was professional but like being around my buddies. I went past the Laramie dealerships from Saratoga, Wyoming to do business with Borderline. Worth every extra mile. Huge thank you to the entire Service Department and especially Tyler. My Honda Goldwing broke down 80 miles from their shop returning from Sturgis last Friday. Tyler stayed after closing Friday to get the bike unloaded from the tow truck and to get a quick diagnosis done on it before they went home. The entire crew helped unload it and get my trailer disconnected and stored as well. Discovered on Saturday after charging the battery that the alternator was bad. Although the part was not stocked, Tyler helped devise a plan to get me back on the road and home to Colorado. And, didn't charge me a dime!. He made an unpleasant situation easy on me and the group I was traveling with. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Like many others, I had a recall on my 2017 Polaris Pro for the fuel tank issue. I purchased my sled new in Northern Wyoming but moved to Kansas last year. When I received the recall notice, I called around to several dealers near where I ride in southern Colorado where I have purchased products in the past (but not a new sled). No one would even put me on their waitlist for the recall repair because I didn't purchase the sled from them. In one sense I kind of understand wanting to take care of their customers first but on the other hand, they are a Polaris industry representative and should have done what they could to support their brand. After being put on the waitlist where I purchased the sled and waiting, I decided to contact Borderline as they were closer to me but still in my friendly home state. Health understood my issue and put me on his list right away and said he'd call when he received more kits. A couple weeks later he called, and it worked out for me to drop my sled off on the way up to Northern Wyoming for Thanksgiving. On the way back through on black Friday I stopped in to check on it and they had run out of time the last business day. However, they pulled it in right away and had me on the rode in about 90 minutes, saving me another 14-hour trip to pick it up later. My experience with Borderline will not be forgotten and they just gained my future business when it's time to upgrade. Likewise, my experience with the dealers who refused to help will also not be forgotten. Borderline still maintains the customer service mentality required to succeed and I was happy to have dealt with such a friendly and service minded group. I will be back, thank you!
